Job Try-out Program (JToP)

JToP is a time-limited program, designed as an employer incentive to achieve job placements for work ready individuals. The program provides the individual an opportunity to display work skills to an employer while receiving wages and to gain a greater understanding of the meaning, demands and rewards of work. The host employer is provided an opportunity to witness the work qualities of the individual which will ideally lead to permanent employment.
