These guidelines will ensure the appropriate confidentiality of those served within our organization. All requests for interviews, photos, videos, etc. must be arranged with the Community Relations Department in advance. In order to maintain confidentiality and privacy to those individuals served, all reporters, camera crews and photographers will be accompanied by personnel of the Community Relations Department (or designee) at all times. All unauthorized media will be removed from the facility. All individuals served will have a consent of release form signed before being interviewed or filmed.
