	DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES           BRETT BARKER Brett Barker came to Goodwill Industries of Kanawha Valley, Inc. with a background in sales and marketing.  Prior to coming to Goodwill, Brett attended West Virginia University in Morgantown, W.Va. where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management in 1995 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 1997.  Brett spent part of his time in Morgantown working two years in retail where he served one year as an assistant manager.  After graduation, Brett was employed at Mylan Pharmaceuticals in Morgantown for four and a half years until August 2002.  He started as a Pricing and Contracts Assistant and eventually moved up to Market Analyst.  Brett joined Goodwill Industries of Kanawha Valley, Inc. in August 2003 and in December 2004 Brett moved over to serve as Director of Human Resources, where he is responsible for personnel matters.
