DIRECTOR OF CONTRACTS
Joyce Birley

Joyce has worked in rehabilitative services for over 30 years.  As a Goodwill employee, Joyce previously served as the Contracts and Safety Coordinator and helped to grow the Contracts Department from an idea to the present $3.8 million NISH certified revenue generator.
