	DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS Kathy L. McKinley, MBA Kathy L. McKinley joined the Goodwill Team in December of 2006.  Prior to joining GIKV McKinley spent a decade in private sector public relations prior to joining GIKV. Kathy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Salem-International University and a Master's in Business Administration from West Virginia University. McKinley is a member of the West Virginia State Rehabilitation Council [Vice Chair 2009-2010] and a Charleston Civitan [Vice Chair 2010-2011; Membership Chair 2009-2010]. She serves as the point of contact with media outlets and is available to speak to organizations or groups about the workings of GIKV.
