Kathy has an undergraduate degree from Salem-International University and a Master's in Business Administration from West Virginia University. McKinley is a member of the West Virginia State Rehabilitation Council and a Charleston Civitan. She serves as the point of contact with media outlets and is available to speak to organizations or groups about the workings of GIKV.
